Parents and children who have questions about educational issues can get answers directly from the Board of Education at an event next week.
Board Vice President Debbie Ritchie and Board Members Andrew Pruski and Stacy Korbelak will be at the Severna Park Library from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. on Tuesday, May 13, to talk with anyone interested in school system issues.
This will be the fifth outreach event hosted by the Board during the current school year. Similar events were held earlier this year at the Linthicum, Maryland City, and Edgewater libraries, and on Fort Meade. Events were held last year at Arundel Mills and Westfield Annapolis malls, and on Fort Meade.
The library is located at 45 West McKinsey Road in Severna Park. Questions will be addressed on a first-come, first-served basis.
