BOARD MEMBERS HOSTING OUTREACH EVENT TO ADDRESS CONCERNS, QUESTIONS

As schools near the end of the first semester, parents and children who have questions about educational issues can get answers directly from the Board of Education.

Board Vice President Debbie Ritchie and Board Member Andrew Pruski will be at the Maryland City Library from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. on Tuesday, January 14, to talk with anyone interested in school system issues.

This will be the second outreach event hosted by the Board during the current school year. A similar event was held earlier this school year at the Linthicum Library. Events were held last year at Arundel Mills and Westfield Annapolis malls, and on Fort Meade.

The library is located at 3501 Russett Common in Laurel. Questions will be addressed on a first-come, first-served basis.
