As the annual Harvest for the Hungry – Kids Helping Kids campaign winds down, Lindale Middle School is revving up for one last push to collect donations for needy families. The school will host a classic car show from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, November 2, in its parking lot.
In addition to the car show, there will be vendors, food, entertainment, and games. Vendors and car owners wishing to participate must pay a minimum $10 donation, and can register by contacting the school.
Admission to the car show is $5 per family or five nonperishable food items.
All proceeds will go towards the school’s contribution to Harvest for the Hungry, an effort sponsored by the Maryland State Department of Education and the Maryland Food Bank. All local donations are collected by the Anne Arundel County Food Bank and distributed in Anne Arundel County.
