As schools pass the halfway point of the first marking period, parents and children who have questions about educational issues can get answers directly from the Board of Education.
Board members including President Teresa Milio Birge, Vice President Debbie Ritchie, and Andrew Pruski will be at the Linthicum Library from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. on Tuesday, October 8, to talk with anyone interested in school system issues.
This will be the first outreach event hosted by the Board during the current school year. Similar events were held during the previous school year at Arundel Mills and Westfield Annapolis malls, and on Fort Meade.
The library is located at 400 Shipley Road in Linthicum. Questions will be addressed on a first-come, first-served basis.
