The Board of Education of Anne Arundel County will host elected officials representing Anne Arundel County and the City of Annapolis at its annual Legislative Breakfast next week.
The virtual breakfast begins at 7:30 a.m. on Monday, January 11, 2021. It can be seen by the public on Anne Arundel County Public Schools’ YouTube channel here.
Board members will discuss with elected officials priorities related to school system operations for the coming year.
BOARD RETREAT
The Board of Education will hold a virtual retreat to discuss its role as a public schools governing body, strategies for teambuilding, growth and improvement, Board Handbook compliance and initiatives, and administrative overviews of major work forecasted in the coming year on Saturday, January 9, 2021.
The retreat will be facilitated by the Maryland Association of Boards of Education. The retreat will run from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
