The Board of Education of Anne Arundel County will hold a virtual public workshop on September 14, 2020, to receive an update on plans to phase in students to in-person instruction.
The plans were first outlined by Superintendent George Arlotto at the Board’s July 22, 2020, meeting. At the workshop, Anne Arundel County Public Schools staff will provide information on safety measures and other operational considerations that have been met as well as the next steps to begin to bring students into schools for instruction, beginning with small groups with a high priority need.
The workshop will begin at 6 p.m. No public questions or testimony will be taken.
The workshop will be broadcast live on AACPS-TV, which can be found on Channel 96 on Comcast and Broadstripe, and Channel 36 on Verizon.
