The Board of Education of Anne Arundel County will hold its fall retreat from 5:30 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, October 29, 2019, at the Odenton Regional Library.
At the retreat, Board members will engage in implicit bias training similar to that provided to staff across Anne Arundel County Public Schools. In a separate portion of the retreat led by the Maryland Association of Boards of Education, they will also engage in a discussion around equity.
The Odenton Regional Library is located at 1325 Annapolis Road in Odenton. The retreat is open to the public, but no public comment or testimony will be taken.
