Each year, the 21st Century Education Foundation and Anne Arundel County Public Schools (AACPS) offers AACPS employees the unique opportunity to participate in the Leadership Development Institute (LDI). This year-long professional development program engages participants in monthly sessions to cultivate collaborative leaders and enhance partnerships between the school system and business sector.
