Mrs. LaVerne Addison is a teacher at Glen Burnie High School who you can call “mom.” She has pushed me in a direction where I thought I was not going to see myself. She and I worked closely together during my senior year, when I got elected as our Senior Class President. Our relationship began to expand more. She opened my eyes to things that I never seen before. We taught each other about different things, we laughed at moments we shared, and we even stayed late to make sure that our senior class was perfect. Mrs. Addison always motivates and pushes her students to the fullest and to their highest potential.
