The School and Family Partnerships Office’s mission is to support AACPS goals by encouraging collaborative relationships among families, community members and schools. Each month, Family & Community Corner will offer ideas and resources to help you nurture family and community partnerships within your school.
Fund for Teachers
Deadline: The 2018 application period opens Oct. 1.
Funds: $5,000 grants for individuals and $10,000 grants for teams.
Eligibility: Full-time pre-k-12 teachers who:
- Spend at least 50 percent of their work week in direct classroom instruction.
- Return to the classroom in the consecutive school year.
- Have at least three years of experience.

PNC Foundation
