On August 13, 2024, the AACPS Educator Expo played a complimentary role in the New Teacher Orientation held at Crofton High School. The event brought together 40 local businesses and community partners, creating an atmosphere of celebration and support for the county’s newest educators.
The Expo was designed to introduce the fresh faces of Anne Arundel County Public Schools to the rich resources and opportunities available to them. The event was a vibrant gathering where new teachers could connect with community partners dedicated to supporting their success both inside and outside the classroom.
As teachers mingled and explored the various booths, they collected an array of giveaway items and even had the chance to enter a raffle to win a TV. The event provided a perfect opportunity for collaboration and networking, setting the stage for a strong partnership between the educators and the local community.
The 2024 Educator Expo truly highlighted the community’s commitment to its teachers, offering a warm welcome as they embark on their journey to educate the next generation of students in Anne Arundel County.
