The Education Foundation of Anne Arundel County Public Schools (formerly 21st Century Education Foundation) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization created to develop and support collaborative efforts to match the needs of the public schools of Anne Arundel County, Maryland with the resources of the surrounding business, industry, and community.
Scope: The Education Foundation of AACPS Grants Program provides financial support for AACPS educators, schools, and offices to fund projects, programs, or initiatives that support student learning. The Foundation solicits applications for classroom support, program enhancements, professional development, and/or special events.
Accepting Applications:Â April 09, 2024 – May 15, 2024
Funds:Â
- Category 1: $250 – 500 range
- Category 2: $501 – 1,000 range
Award Information:Â Funding will be awarded in September 2024.
Eligibility:Â Any AACPS staff member
Application Requirements: Submit your completed applications using the form below. Recipients of the Education Foundation Grants will be expected to share details about how the funding impacted their classroom, school, or program and are encouraged to share photos, data, and/or testimonials with the Education Foundation of AACPS.
Only one application* will be considered per school.

*Only one application per school, authorized by the principal, will be considered for each grant period. If there are special circumstances and additional grant requests are made, the principal will need to ‘rank order’ the requests and notify lfletcher@aacps.org of the school’s priority list prior to the deadline for grant submissions.
