Ken Patterson, the Principal at Seven Oaks Elementary, took his passion for helping uplift children and asked others to join his journey. Being aware that males account for less than 5% of the teaching staff in modern schools, he started the 100 Men on a Mission project at his school.
The best part about the project is it is in line with the Be Present Initiative that is being used as a change agent in AACPS.
