Communities thrive when there is a mutually beneficial relationship between the residents and local businesses. In Annapolis, on Forest Drive, there are regular efforts to cultivate such relationships. For example, young artists work on the “SOFO Fence Project,” and monthly the community comes out for the “Drive-in Movies Under the Stars” project Friday nights. Jennifer Balducci, President of the South Forest Drive (SOFO) business group and one of the leaders of these events, shared her vision for the future of their partnership with the community and their passion for supporting educators and students in an interview.
