I’m inspired how she is able to teach with grace and understanding special needs students who all have different needs. Mollie identifies the needs and creates a lesson plans so all are involved and gain knowledge. And when I says creates….Mollie is best known for her passion and creativity when it comes to teaching. This summer I watched her make plans for her classroom weeks before school started. She showed me a prototype of one idea she had to welcome the student to the class room on the first day. It was amazing. Mollie wasn’t happy with it. She said it had to be bigger and better….she wanted her students to feel welcome and at home. The final result was a WOW! Keep up the great work you are doing Mollie….you make your family very proud. The winners are your students lucky enough to call you their teacher.
