My daughter Daphne adores her second grade teacher, Mrs. Power at Crofton Elementary. She quotes her on a regular basis at home and encourages us to “be positive” just like Mrs. Power says in the classroom. Daphne has really enjoyed school this year, so much so that she sets up her own “school” on the weekends and makes lesson plans and teaches the family various subjects. Mrs. Power has influenced her in such a wonderful way and made her so excited about learning, we cannot thank her enough. She is an inspirational teacher and makes a difference in the lives of her students and their families.
