I’ve had the pleasure of working with Mrs. Brimhall for the past 9 months at Monarch Academy Annapolis. Mrs. Brimhall is an excellent example of a committed and caring educator. Although part time at Monarch Academy Annapolis she works diligently when in our building to provide each and every students with a quality education as related to instrumental music and the arts. Mrs. Brimhall has a very quiet spirit about herself and usually hangs in the background. She is always willing to jump right in and help with whatever event, project or program is on the table for our youth, whether academic or social/emotional. We are so happy that she will be with us full time next year! I believe that Mrs. Brimhall has a heart that truly cares about the well being of each of our students no matter race, socioeconomic status, gender, or any other difference that our diverse population has. You can see the pure delight on her face when you walk into her music room that she has a heart for children. We often recognize those in the classroom and those educators associated with the academic success of our students, but today I wanted to highlight an educator that is exposing our students to the arts in a positive, professional, and most of all meaningful way. Some of our children may not be high achieving academic scholars but they may shine in the Arts. Mrs. Brimhall provides that experience for our children each week and she does an outstanding job!
