MAGNET SESSIONS TO PROVIDE INFORMATION FOR CURRENT FOURTH- AND SEVENTH-GRADE STUDENTS

The calendar may only say April, but it’s time for students currently in fourth and seventh grades to turn their attention to the possibility of enrolling in magnet programs after next year. 

Anne Arundel County Public Schools will host a magnet information session for these students and their parents at 6 p.m. on Monday, April 29, in the auditorium at Old Mill High School. Information will be presented about the following programs:

● BioMedical and Allied Health magnet program

● The Centers for Applied Technology (CAT-North and CAT-South)

● The International Baccalaureate Programme

● The Performing and Visual Arts magnet programs

● The Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) programs
