My teacher was Mrs. Emily James, and she was a fantastic teacher. She taught me all of the necessary skills, and extended my knowledge of music exponentially, more than any other music teacher I&#8217;ve had. Since her advice was so useful, I kept it in the back of my mind until fifth grade, when I decided to try out for the Performing &amp; Visual Arts program. Before the audition, I thought of all the skills that she helped me learn, and I made it into the program.
