Most people think of summer as the time to relax, but for many 12-month employees in the AACPS Central Office, the start of summer vacation signals a count-down to the first day of school and the time to kick-up their work\u00a0to make sure schools have everything they need for a successful school year.<\/p>\n<p>Two departments whose work over the summer is essential to preparing our classrooms for the first day of school are the <strong>Department of Human Resources<\/strong> and the <strong>Office of Student Data<\/strong>.
