{"id":14339,"date":"2019-03-05T15:44:27","date_gmt":"2019-03-05T19:44:27","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/aacpsschools.org\/development\/?p=14339"},"modified":"2019-07-29T17:27:30","modified_gmt":"2019-07-29T21:27:30","slug":"rotary_lakeshore_severnapark","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/aacpsschools.org\/development\/2019\/03\/05\/rotary_lakeshore_severnapark\/","title":{"rendered":"Growing a Love of Reading at Home"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"fusion-one-full fusion-layout-column fusion-column-last fusion-spacing-yes\" style=\"margin-top:0px;margin-bottom:20px;\"><div class=\"fusion-column-wrapper\"><div class=\"fusion-title title fusion-sep-none fusion-title-size-two\"><h2 class=\"title-heading-left\">Rotary Club of Lake Shore-Severna Park<\/h2><\/div><h3><strong>We are an AACPS: Community\u00a0<\/strong>Partnership | 2019 Business Partner of the Year Nominee<\/h3>\n<h4><em>Recognized for their support of AACPS by\u00a0Freetown Elementary School<\/em><\/h4>\n<div class=\"fusion-clearfix\"><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-clearfix\"><\/div><div class=\"fusion-one-full fusion-layout-column fusion-column-last fusion-spacing-yes\" style=\"margin-top:0px;margin-bottom:20px;\"><div class=\"fusion-column-wrapper\"><p>The Rotary Club of Lake Shore-Severna Park and Freetown Elementary are working hand in hand to support our school, students, families and community.\u00a0 The club is committed to the students of Freetown Elementary by empowering them to discover their identity and potential.\u00a0 This empowerment is given through the time, support and encouragement of all members of the Rotary.<\/p>\n<p>The Rotary strongly believes in the connection between reading at home and student achievement. This belief has led to the opportunity for Freetown students to receive books, reading lights, and backpacks through a grant from the Rotary Club of Lake Shore-Severna Park.
