I cannot thank you enough for your communication on activities/lessons happening in the classroom and weekly updates to discuss with my son to help him prepare for class. You have given my family personal updates on milestones our son has reached that he didn’t tell us about, but allowed us to celebrate him because of the information you provided us. Also, kudos to your dedication to inclusivity for your students by providing weekly emails in Spanish and learning Spanish to communicate with families where English is not their first language. Your efforts do not go unnoticed inside and outside of the classrooms how much you love the children in your classroom.

Happy Teacher Appreciation Week to one of the most influential, amazing, and go above and beyond teachers I know. Ms. Sellman has touched so many of her students’ lives. She has been so dedicated to not only her students but to her community. Ms.Sellman ensures that all of her students believe in themselves and that they are receiving top tier education. She makes sure that before her students leave her classroom, they feel good about themselves and that they have a full understanding of what is or has been taught in her class. Ms.Sellman has been in education for 18 years and if you have ever observed her in her classroom, then you would see just how much she loves her job and how well her students love her. Teaching is not easy, so to do this job, you must love the job, and Ms. Sellman not only loves her job, she enjoys her job. Kudos Ms. Sellman for the amazing work that you do and have done in all your years of education.
