The Board of Education of Anne Arundel County will meet at 5:45 p.m. on Monday, March 24, 2014, for the specific purpose of voting to go into closed session.
The Board will go into closed session pursuant to Section 10-508(a)(1) of the State Government Article of the Annotated Code of Maryland to discuss the appointment, employment, assignment, promotion, discipline, demotion, compensation, removal, resignation, or performance evaluation of appointees, employees, or officials; and any other personnel matter that affects one or more specific individuals.
The meeting will be held in the Board Room at the Parham Building, located at 2644 Riva Road in Annapolis. The public may not attend the closed session portion of the meeting.
The Board is not expected to make any announcements or have any public comment after its meeting.
