Food & Nutrition Services employs over 525 school food professionals that include staff in 120 school locations. A team of four Registered Dietitians plan and coordinate all menus to meet federal and state requirements. Nutritious meals are provided during the school day and after the bell rings, including Saturday and Summer meals.
Our team serves over 5.7 million lunches and 3.7 million breakfasts each year. We also serve approximately 140,000 evening and Saturday meals, along with 125,000 summer meals. We truly operate all year long, promoting the healthy meals and the connection to healthy lifestyles and academic excellence.
