Submitting Your Application
Please use the form below to submit your George Arlotto Leadership Award application by 3:00pm on Wednesday, September 27, 2023.
Your application will be combined with your Regional Assistant Superintendent’s Recommendation and shared with the George Arlotto Leadership Award Selection Committee. You and your Regional Assistant Superintendent will receive automatic emails confirming that your application has been submitted.
Your online application will include:
- Nominee & School Contact Information
- Professional Biography (200 words)
- Your responses to the questions about Leadership Philosophy, Communication, and School Culture. Â (400 words each)
- Professional Resume (upload your 1-2 page resume using the link provided below).
Please note that you will not be able to save your progress before you submit your application. We strongly recommended writing your Professional Biography and your responses to questions about Leadership Philosophy, Communication, and School Culture in a Word document and then copying the text into this form.
