Each year, the 21st Century Education Foundation and Anne Arundel County Public Schools (AACPS) offers AACPS employees the unique opportunity to participate in the Leadership Development Institute (LDI). This year-long professional development program engages participants in monthly sessions to cultivate collaborative leaders and enhance partnerships between the school system and business sector. Application Checklist
You will be asked for the following information in your application:
- Contact Information & information about your position in AACPS
- Personal responses to four reflection questions (see form)
- Contact information for two professional references
- PDF Resume/CV (3 pages maximum)
Please note that you will not be able to save your progress before you submit your application. We strongly recommended writing your Personal Responses in a Word document and then copying the text into this form.
