Each year, the Excellence in Education Teacher of the Year Award honors an outstanding teacher in Anne Arundel County Public Schools. AACPS and the Annapolis and Anne Arundel County Chamber of Commerce are now accepting applications for 2016 Teacher of the Year nominees. Complete applications must be uploaded online using the form below by 3:00pm on Friday, November 6, 2015.
Complete applications must include:
- One page cover letter from the nominator
- One page description of the teacher’s philosophy of teaching
- Completed Teacher of the Year Application Form
- Completed Statement of Agreement for All Local Teachers of the Year (public school nominees only).
- Professional Resume
