Summer Programs are designed to:

  • immerse students in an extended experience in a specific topic or field
  • utilize the resources and outstanding facilities of our specialized centers such as Centers for Applied Technology and Camp Letts and other partners
  • build relationships with their peers
  • practice working in the Problem-Based Learning environment

Summer Program experiences are a mandatory instructional part of the STEM/BMAH programs for all rising 9th, 10th and 11th graders. Incoming 9th graders are required to participate in a two week (8 day) summer program and incoming 10th graders are required to participate in a one week (4 day) conference.  Details regarding this will be distributed in STEM classes and via email.  11th grade STEM/BMAH students are required to participate in summer service.  Details regarding this will be distributed in STEM classes and via email.

Summer Program registration occurs online and is on a first come first serve basis. Information regarding the registration process will be available shortly.

Further information regarding transportation will be posted prior to the beginning of the summer programs.
